Ross van Wert

Ross Van Wert has extensive experience in information management, currently serving as the Information Management Coordinator for the City of Medicine Hat since August 2017, following a role as Information Management Analyst at the same organization. Prior to this, Ross worked at Suncor Energy from June 2009 to March 2015 as an Information and Knowledge Management Sustainment Analyst, where responsibilities included implementing taxonomies and training clients on enterprise content management systems. Ross has a background with EnCana as a Livelink Divisional Support Representative and Trainer, focusing on improving business processes and providing client support in enterprise software. Additional experience includes a role as a Business Consultant for OpenText Corp, where Ross assisted businesses in implementing Livelink software. Ross began a career as a Helpdesk Analyst at Digital Equipment and holds a Diploma in Computer Information Systems from Mount Royal University.
