Responsibilities include supervising office staff, overseeing records management and optical imaging programs, maintaining record retention schedules, and clerking City Council meetings. Previous roles include Records Coordinator/Deputy City Clerk, where coordination of City Council agenda packets and processing City contracts were key tasks, and Vice President of Operations at Appraisal Services, Inc., supervising appraisers and managing human resources. Dana also has a background as an Office Manager and Buyer, providing comprehensive administrative support across various sectors. Education includes a focus on municipal leadership and real estate.
