Leah Brown

Leah Brown is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and education. Currently serving as a Management Analyst and Water Conservation Coordinator for the City of Merced since May 2003, Leah focuses on water education and outreach alongside public relations and conservation promotion. Prior to this role, Leah was the Lead Administrative Secretary for the Public Works Department. From January 1994 to March 2003, Leah worked as the School Director and Instructor at New Directions Learning Center, where responsibilities included teaching adults computer software, accounting, and medical clerical skills, as well as assisting with job skills assessments and resume building. Leah holds an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from Merced College and studied at the University of California, Davis from 1988 to 1992.
