James Decrisantis M.Ed. is the CEO of Iolaire Development and has been serving as a K9 Handler with a specialization in Firearms Detection at the City of Meriden Police Department since October 2006. James also holds the title of Team Leader/SWAT Operator and Police Officer at the same department. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Franklin Pierce University and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Post University. James also earned a Certified Basic Detective degree in Criminalistics and Criminal Science from Central Connecticut State University.
