Dean Stacey is an accomplished Engineering Project Manager with extensive experience in managing design and construction projects for the City of Meridian since August 2014. Responsibilities include overseeing projects from conception through to final closeout, focusing on areas such as well drilling, watermain, and wastewater systems. Previously, Dean served as a Rural Carrier for the US Post Office and held various roles in the military, including Superintendent of the Engineering Flight for the 35th Civil Engineering Squadron and Quality Assurance Evaluator for the Acquisition Management Integration Center. Educational credentials include an Intro to Project Management Certificate from Boise State University and an Associate of Science in Construction Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
