Julia Garofalo

Julia Garofalo serves as the Business Liaison in the Economic Development division for the City of Meridian since March 2022, following a role as Assistant Planner, where Julia provided guidance on the Unified Development Code and Architectural Standards. Previous experiences include working as a Team Member at Whole Foods Market with a focus on e-commerce, and as Volunteer Coordinator for Boise Urban Garden School through AmeriCorps. Julia has also held various roles in retail and customer service, notably opening multiple Starbucks locations, and gaining photography experience with companies like The Walt Disney Company and Sumner Photography. Julia's educational background includes a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Idaho and a Bachelor's in Public Service from Boise State University.
