Trevor Smith is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Communications Manager for the City of Meridian since January 2025. Prior to this role, Trevor was the Public Information Officer for the City of Salem, where responsibilities included overseeing communications for the Public Works department. Trevor also held teaching positions as an Adjunct Faculty member at Central Arizona College, instructing students in video production techniques. A background in public information was further developed at Pinal County Government, where Trevor excelled in content creation and community outreach. Earlier career highlights include roles as a Photojournalist for ABC15 Arizona and KBCI-TV Channel 2, and as Chief Photographer for KHQ-TV, leading teams and managing budgets. Trevor's extensive experience in visual storytelling is complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Boise State University.
