Vincent Koontz currently serves as a Strategic Performance Analyst for the City of Meridian, a role held since June 2017, focusing on the evaluation and support of department leaders in executing the city's Strategic plan. Additionally, Vincent is a member of the Transportation Commission, addressing transportation issues within the city. Previously, Vincent managed a $5 million operation as General Manager at Staples from August 2007 to November 2017 and has held several managerial positions concerning sales, service, and operations. Vincent also provided business advisory services at Treasure Valley Community College and conducted policy research as an intern at Boise State University. Vincent holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Public Policy Analysis from Boise State University and additional degrees in Secondary Education and Government.
