Jessica MacLeod is an experienced educator currently serving as an English Language Teacher for the City of Methuen since February 2023. Previously, Jessica held several leadership roles within Lawrence Public Schools from July 2016 to June 2022, including Principal of the James I Lawlor School and Director of Early Childhood Education. Prior experience includes serving as Principal at Malden Public Schools from July 2013 to June 2016 and as a Classroom Teacher in Boston Public Schools from August 2003 to June 2014. Jessica also completed a Principal Internship at Turnaround Leadership Academy from August 2012 to June 2013. Jessica’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Boston College, a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature & Psychology from Arizona State University, a Master of Education in Elementary Curriculum Design and Instruction from Boston College, and advanced graduate studies in Elementary and Middle School Administration/Principalship from UMass Boston.
