Michelle Turco-Blanchard

Michelle Turco-Blanchard has been working at the City of Methuen since March 1997, where Michelle is the Water Registrar and handles Water & Sewer Utility Billing. In addition, Michelle also owns Turcos Timeless Petals since January 2003, where Michelle transforms flowers into jewelry such as Rosary Beads, Chaplets, Bracelets, and more. Michelle's previous experience includes working as an Office Manager and Administration at MVP Home Improvements from January 2008 to March 2016. Michelle holds an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Northern Essex Community College.
