Carol Reinoso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in grants writing and festival management. Currently serving as a Grants Writer for the City of Miami since February 2016, Carol previously held significant roles such as Managing Director of the Film & Theater Department for the Donald M. Ephraim Palm Beach Jewish Film Festival, where logistics and operations were skillfully managed for a three-week festival serving 16,000 attendees. Carol also contributed as Senior Festival Manager for the CAJE Miami Jewish Film Festival, overseeing logistics for a large festival in collaboration with major theaters in the region.
