Samantha Maldonado is a planner and GIS analyst with significant experience in land use planning and development. Currently serving as Planner I for the City of Miami since August 2022, Samantha also works at Carnahan, Proctor and Cross, Inc. since April 2021, providing essential support for comprehensive land development projects and coordinating with local governments and regulatory agencies. Previous roles include GIS Technician II and I at UDC Inc., where Samantha maintained electrical infrastructure data for PG&E, along with various positions in the hospitality sector and internships focused on sustainability and community issues. Samantha holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Policy and Planning from the University of Central Florida.
