Keith Baker

Keith Baker has a Bachelor of Science in Urban & Regional Planning from Michigan State University. Keith has held various roles in the field of planning and community development, including City Planner/Grant Administrator at City of Coldwater, Senior Planner at McKenna Associates, Inc., Village Manager at Village of Union City, and currently serves as the Director of Planning & Community Development at City of Midland since January 2007.
