April has maintained a professional practice as a visual artist since 2000. Previous roles include Arts Education Manager at Blue Line Arts (2017-2018), Public Programs at the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco (2014-2015), and various event coordination and serving positions at Moana Restaurant Group and Havana. April's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Museum Studies from John F. Kennedy University and a Bachelor's Degree in Art History/Visual Arts from The Evergreen State College.
