Isabel Carlos

Isabel Carlos has extensive experience in municipal management and human resources, currently serving as the Assistant City Manager and Human Resources Director for the City of Millbrae since July 2022. Previously, Isabel held the position of Interim Director of Human Resources at the same city starting in March 2022, and served as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Perris from April 2003 to August 2021. Isabel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Redlands, attained between 2007 and 2009, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completed in June 1995.
