Elaine Marshall

Elaine Marshall is an experienced professional in public works and environmental management, currently serving as the Deputy Public Works Director for the City of Milpitas since September 2018. Prior to this role, Elaine held the position of Environmental Programs Manager at the City of Sunnyvale from July 2013 to September 2018, and also served as Environmental Program Manager for the City of San Jose from July 1995 to July 2013. Elaine earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Biology from San José State University between 1990 and 1995.
