Fenny Lei

Fenny Lei, CPA, has a diverse and extensive background in finance and management, currently serving as Finance Manager, Budget Manager, and Financial Analyst II at the City of Milpitas since August 2020. Prior to this role, Fenny worked at PwC as a Digital Accelerator and Tax Associate from July 2018 to August 2020. Experience also includes serving as Fiscal and Budget Manager and Account Analyst at East Side Union High School District from August 2015 to June 2018 and holding positions as Lab Associate II at Intrexon Corporation and Lab Assistant III at the University of California, Davis. Fenny earned a Master’s Degree in Taxation from San Jose State University between 2015 and 2017 and holds a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Davis, completed in 2011.
