Michael Runchey Eit

Michael Runchey, EIT, currently serves as an Assistant Engineer at the City of Milpitas since September 2022. Prior to this role, Michael held positions at BKF Engineers, progressing from Civil Engineer 1/Designer to Civil Engineer 2/Designer from October 2017 to September 2022. Michael's experience also includes a Civil Engineering Design Internship at Lea & Braze Engineering, where tasks involved achieving project deadlines and collaborating in design efforts using AutoCAD LDD and Civil3D. Earlier internships at Sandis and Vance Brown, Inc. provided exposure to engineering site design, construction administration, and project management. Michael completed a Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, both from San Jose State University.
