Alecia Young has a diverse work experience in different roles and organizations. Alecia started their career as a Summer Intern at the Minnesota Section PGA of America in 2009. Alecia then worked as an Assistant Women's Golf Coach at Minnesota State University, Mankato from 2008 to 2010. After that, they interned as a Tournament Services Intern at PGA TOUR in 2010.
