Andra Bosneag

Deputy Director, Performance Management + Innovation at City of Minneapolis

Andra Bosneag has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and roles. They started their career as a Tutoring and Mentoring Coordinator at AmeriCorps VISTA in 2009. In 2015, Andra worked as an International Recruiter at the American Refugee Committee while also holding a position as an Environmental Protection Specialist at the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). They remained with the EPA until 2018. In the same year, they joined the City of Minneapolis as an Interagency Coordinator and held that role until 2021. Later, Andra became the Grants and Community Engagement Manager at the same organization from 2021 to 2022. They currently serve as the Policy, Data, and Communications Manager at the City of Minneapolis from October 2022.

Andra Bosneag completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and Hispanic Studies from Macalester College from 2005 to 2009. In 2008, they also attended Maastricht University for an undisclosed duration, without completing a specific degree or field of study. In 2007, Andra Bosneag briefly studied at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, also without completing a specific degree or field of study. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy (MALD) at The Fletcher School at Tufts University, specializing in Human Security, Public International Law, and International Organizations.
