Aurin Chowdhury

Aurin Chowdhury currently serves as a Senior Policy Aide to Council Member Jason Chavez with the City of Minneapolis and is also a Community Equity Program Fellow at the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation. Previous experience includes serving as a Community Program Manager at Minnesota Youth Collective and as Campaign Manager for Jason Chavez's campaign for Ward 9. Prior roles include Policy Aide to Council Member Steve Fletcher in the City of Minneapolis, Legislative Intern for Senator Kari Dziedzic at the Minnesota Senate, and Organizing Director for Angela Conley’s campaign for Hennepin County Commissioner. Aurin Chowdhury began a career in political campaigning as a Campaign Manager for Aisha Gomez's State House campaign. Aurin Chowdhury holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Minnesota, obtained in 2019.
