Austin Dischinger

Austin Dischinger is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in firefighting and social services. Currently serving as a Firefighter for the City of Minneapolis since June 2023, Austin previously worked as an Outreach Case Manager at The Bridge for Youth and as a Case Manager at RS EDEN. Earlier experience includes administrative support at Mn Adult & Teen Challenge and advocacy roles at Tubman, along with volunteer involvement at the Basilica of Saint Mary. Austin has a solid background in customer service, having worked as an Electronics Salesfloor Team Member at Target, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Macalester College and a Bachelor's in Sociology from the University of Amsterdam.
