Bethany Turnwall

Senior Policy Aide at City of Minneapolis

Bethany Turnwall holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Politics and Conflict Studies from Queen's University Belfast and an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Minneapolis College. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Aide for the City of Minneapolis since December 2021, Bethany previously managed campaigns for Jeremiah Ellison, Ward 5 City Council Member. Experience also includes roles as a People Operations Coordinator at BridgeHealth, where Bethany contributed to value-based healthcare initiatives, and Lead Field Manager at Grassroots Campaigns, overseeing fundraising efforts and staff training. Additionally, Bethany has worked as a Recovery Coach at Mn Adult & Teen Challenge, mentoring individuals in a rehabilitation program, and has served as a Team Leader for Feed My Starving Children, promoting the organization’s mission and leading volunteer groups in their food packaging efforts.
