Debra Jacobs

Debra Jacobs is a seasoned professional engineer with extensive experience in transportation engineering and design, currently working with the City of Minneapolis since September 2016. Prior to this role, Debra Jacobs served in various capacities at the City of Palo Alto from December 1994 to September 2015, including project engineer, acting project manager, and acting senior engineer, contributing to numerous award-winning projects such as the Alma Street Bike Bridge. Debra Jacobs began their career at Rinne and Peterson, Structural Engineers, where responsibilities included structural analyses and design. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
