Dianna Gryniewski has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and positions. Dianna began their career as an Engineer Aid at the City of Saint Paul from March 2006 to December 2007. Dianna then worked as a Crime Analyst at Montgomery County from January 2008 to January 2013. Following this, they joined CenterPoint Energy in April 2013 as a Pipeline Data Technician, where they were responsible for compiling and analyzing various data sets related to integrity management of gas pipelines. During their time at CenterPoint Energy, they also served as the Pipeline Integrity GIS Team Lead and led a project for data implementation into an Integrity Management software system. In 2016, Dianna joined de maximis Data Management Solutions, Inc., where they worked as a Project Manager/Business Development professional until February 2020. Their responsibilities included managing projects and business development initiatives. Their most recent position is a GIS Analyst at Enbridge, which they started in July 2020 and ended in December 2022. Presently, Dianna is working as a Crime Analyst at the City of Minneapolis, a position they started in May 2023.

Dianna Gryniewski obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History and Business from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, during the period from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from the same institution from 2004 to 2006.
