Gisela Fiedorow

Gisela Fiedorow is an experienced economic development professional currently serving as an Economic Development Specialist for the City of Minneapolis since February 2024. Prior to this role, Gisela held various leadership positions at CLUES, including Director and Associate Director of Economic Prosperity, where responsibilities included overseeing programs focused on economic mobility and managing operations in areas such as workforce development and business initiatives. Gisela's extensive retail management background includes roles at Walmart, where positions ranged from Assistant Manager to Complex Store Manager, and as Store Manager at Savers. Gisela holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Capella University, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology from the American Public University System.
