Jay Ludke is an experienced policy and project management professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in both public service and private sector roles. Currently serving as a Policy Aide for Minneapolis City Council Member Jacob Frey, Jay advises on legislative, communications, and community outreach initiatives while leading research on various policy issues. Previous experience includes positions as Project Manager for the Minnesota Department of Employment & Economic Development, where Jay managed the SWIFT system implementation, and as a consultant for JEL Productions, LLC, focusing on strategic planning and business solutions. Other notable roles include project management at Target Corporation and Eschelon Telecom, as well as legislative advisory work within the United States Congress and political campaigns. Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from St. Olaf College and a Mini-Masters in eCommerce from the University of St. Thomas.
