Kamal Buchanan

Kamal Buchanan holds the CPPB and NIGP-CPP certifications and has extensive experience in procurement and buying services. Currently serving as the Manager of Buying Services for the City of Minneapolis since February 2019, Kamal previously worked as a Buyer in the same city and as a Procurement Specialist for Ramsey County from October 2016 to February 2019. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Research/Remediation Analyst at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage from June 2015 to September 2016. Kamal's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Xavier University of Louisiana.
