Mark Benishek

Mark Benishek is a seasoned Senior GIS Analyst at the City of Minneapolis, with over two decades of experience in geographic information systems. Since October 2002, Mark has managed the administration of ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise, including ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Portal, and SDE utilizing SQL Server Databases. Prior experience includes serving as an Engineering Technician in Public Works Engineering, overseeing GIS Front Counter operations and providing spatial data analysis, as well as working as a QA Specialist and GIS Technician at Vista Information Solutions, where Mark focused on software testing and data processing for fire insurance maps. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography with a GIS concentration from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, earned between 1991 and 1996.
