Kristen Norman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2002, they worked as an Event Marketing and Group Sales Supervisor at the Minnesota State Fair. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Concordia College from 1998 to 2002, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Communications. During their time at Concordia College, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at John Cabot University in 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Kristen has obtained various certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Kristen became a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute in April 2021.
