Rachel Boehm

Rachel Boehm is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in resource coordination and compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Resource Coordinator for HUD Programs at the City of Minneapolis since September 2021, Rachel plays a key role in managing programs to ensure compliance with housing regulations. Prior to this position, Rachel worked as an EEO Compliance Coordinator at Kraus-Anderson from July 2018 to September 2021, where responsibilities included developing documentation for new construction projects related to EEO compliance and communicating with subcontractors. Rachel's career began at Gopher Resource, where Rachel served as a Laborer from August 2011 to September 2017. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations, Human Resources, and Marketing from Metro State University, earned between 2013 and 2016.
