Amy Knapp is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Communications Coordinator for the City of Minnetonka since September 2021. In this role, Amy collaborates on city marketing and communications, leads strategic communication efforts, and manages crisis communications and media relations. Previously, Amy held positions such as Communications Specialist and Digital Marketing Community Coordinator at Vista Outdoor Inc., where responsibilities included digital marketing strategy implementation and community engagement. Additional experience includes roles as an Associate Digital Editor at TPT - Twin Cities PBS and Editor at InnoVision Health Media. Amy is also the blogger behind "The Honest Minnesotan," a lifestyle blog focused on fitness, crafts, and travel. Amy holds a BA in Journalism from Bethel University and has diverse experience in customer service and team management.
