Andrea Kalligher

Andrea Kalligher is an experienced professional in recreation management, currently serving as the Williston Fitness Center Manager for the City of Minnetonka since May 2025. Previously, Andrea was the Operations Supervisor for the City of Eden Prairie from July 2009 to April 2025, where responsibilities included managing a multi-million-dollar Community Center division budget, utilizing advanced data analysis for financial oversight, and overseeing the recruitment and development of a team of 75 staff members. Additionally, Andrea worked as a Recreation Specialist focusing on marketing and events, ensuring successful promotion of community activities and servicing numerous birthday parties and group outings. Andrea holds a Master of Education in Elementary Education and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Minnesota.
