Andrew Wittenborg is a seasoned communications and marketing professional with extensive experience in public information and media relations. Currently serving as the Communications and Marketing Manager for the City of Minnetonka since December 2020, Andrew acts as the chief spokesperson and Public Information Officer for various public safety services. Prior roles include Director of Marketing and Communications at the Minnesota Chiefs of Police Association, where Andrew led training initiatives and significantly improved audience engagement metrics, and Director of Communications and Member Engagement at the Minnesota Technology Association, where membership and event budgets experienced substantial growth. Andrew's background also includes strategic communication roles within the Minnesota House of Representatives and significant media experience as an Executive Producer at WCCO-TV and KSTP-TV. Andrew holds a Mini MBA for Nonprofit Organizations from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and English from Luther College.
