Elizabeth Sexton

Elizabeth Sexton, MA-HRIR, currently serves as the Director of People Business Partner for UHC Community & State at UnitedHealth Group, where Elizabeth has held various roles since April 2016, including Associate Human Capital Partner and Human Capital Consultant. Prior to their tenure at UnitedHealth Group, Elizabeth worked as a Diagnostic Evaluation Center Department Lead at Fairview Health Services, managing a team and ensuring compliance, as well as serving as an Intake Coordinator. Elizabeth also gained experience as a Case Manager and Resource Facilitator at the Minnesota Brain Injury Alliance. Additionally, Elizabeth has been a Yoga Teacher for the City of Minnetonka since July 2013, and began their career as a Student Supervisor at the University of Minnesota. Elizabeth holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
