Kevin Maas

Kevin Maas is an experienced Facilities Manager at the City of Minnetonka, a position held since November 2015, where responsibility includes serving various municipal departments and establishing a Facility Capital and Strategic Plan. Maas has also been a Board Member for the Twin Cities Metro CDC since 1992, contributing to a loan portfolio of approximately $400 million. Previously, Maas worked as a Facilities Services Manager at Carver County from July 2006 to October 2015, overseeing 560,000 square feet of facility space. Earlier experience includes roles in marketing and predevelopment activities at Amcon Construction Company and Duke Realty Construction, where responsibilities involved land acquisition and municipal approvals. Kevin Maas holds a B.S. in Public Administration & Business from Minnesota State University, Mankato, obtained between 1980 and 1984.
