Kevin Maas is an experienced Facilities Manager at the City of Minnetonka, a position held since November 2015, where responsibility includes serving various municipal departments and establishing a Facility Capital and Strategic Plan. Maas has also been a Board Member for the Twin Cities Metro CDC since 1992, contributing to a loan portfolio of approximately $400 million.
