Phillip Kivel has extensive experience in emergency services and medical training, currently serving as a Firefighter for the City of Minnetonka since November 2020. In addition, Phillip operates Apollo Medical Training, providing medical training and certification courses, and has held various roles including Security Officer at Hennepin County Security and Firefighter in St. Louis Park, where responsibilities included CPR instruction. Previous experience includes serving as an EMT-Supervisor at CART Ambulance and a Security Supervisor for Hennepin County. Phillip's military background includes service in the United States Marine Corps. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Paramedic from Ridgewater College, a Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement/Criminal Justice from Metro State University, and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Normandale Community College.
