Michelle Tortuya is an experienced administrative specialist with a strong background in public service. Currently working at the City of Mission Viejo in the Department of Public Works since September 2022, Michelle previously held a similar role at the City of Norwalk, California, in the Department of Transportation from April 2014 to September 2022. Earlier in their career, Michelle was the Principal Planner at The Charming Little Event Company from June 2000 to April 2013. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from California State University, Fullerton, earned between 2002 and 2004.
