Sarah McMillan is a skilled professional in urban planning and economic development with extensive experience in local government. Since April 2019, Sarah has held various roles at the City of Mission Viejo, progressing from Planning Technician to Planning and Economic Development Associate. Prior to this, Sarah gained experience as a Planning Intern II at the City of Irvine, where responsibilities included managing development applications and planning processes. Sarah also served as a Planning Intern at the City of Westminster, managing applications such as Temporary Use Permits under supervision.
