Thomas C. Gibson, CFA, CIPM, serves as the Senior Community Services Leader for the City of Mission Viejo since 2012. Prior experience includes roles such as GIPS Compliance Manager at PIMCO from 1999 to 2009, where Thomas managed a team focused on composite management and performance presentation, and Director of Research at Capitol Resource Advisors from 1998 to 1999, overseeing various aspects of investment research.
