Rachael Kropp is an accomplished operations and quality management professional with extensive experience in food safety, regulatory compliance, and project management. Currently serving as an Operations Specialist for the City of Missoula since May 2022, Rachael effectively manages software-based projects and collaborates with stakeholders to support departmental goals.
