Anthony S. Phillips

Anthony S. Phillips has extensive experience in network and technical services, currently serving as the Network/Technical Services Manager for the City of Mobile, AL since March 1985. In this role, Anthony oversees the division responsible for supporting and administering the network, operating, and database systems across all city departments. Prior to this position, Anthony worked as a Network Specialist, focusing on maintaining the integrity and security of the city’s network. Additionally, Anthony has a background as a Fire Fighter in Haz-Mat, responding to emergency situations to protect people and property. Earlier professional experience includes serving as a Site Construction Manager for Phillips Contracting Company from September 1979 to June 1985, specializing in commercial building construction and repair across multiple states. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science from the University of South Alabama, obtained between 1988 and 1991.
