Jennifer Greene

Jennifer Greene is the Director of Programs and Project Management for the City of Mobile, AL, where responsibilities include managing a portfolio of multimillion-dollar projects focused on civil infrastructure, environmental restoration, and animal welfare. Greene has previous experience as a Planner and Neighborhood Navigator, supporting planning and zoning initiatives with federal funding. As a private consultant for Three If By Sea, LLC, Greene provides management support in marine and coastal restoration projects. Prior roles include Strategy Lead for Integrated Ocean and Coastal Management at The Nature Conservancy and various positions at the University of New Hampshire. Greene holds an MSc in Zoology and a BS in Environmental Science with a minor in Marine and Freshwater Biology from the University of New Hampshire, along with additional education from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
