John Noletto

John Noletto has over 22 years of experience working for the City of Mobile, AL. John started in 1999 as a Payroll Manager and recently became the Deputy Director-Payroll in November 2021.

John Noletto attended Springhill College from 1978 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Business Administration and Management.
