Dawn Kelley

Dawn Kelley is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for the City of Modesto since October 2020. Prior to this role, Dawn held the position of Human Resources Director at Storer Transportation from May 2018 to October 2020 and worked as a Human Resources Manager at the Center for Human Services from February 2000 to May 2018, where responsibilities included personnel and benefit administration. Dawn also contributed to the Central Valley Human Resources Management Association in various leadership roles, including President, from October 2012 to July 2017, and served as the Assistant Residential Care Administrator at Hillcrest Manor between March 1994 and May 1998.
