Ryan Rangel

Ryan Rangel has over a decade of experience in the utilities and water management field, currently serving as a Utilities Plant Mechanic with the City of Moline since December 2012. This role includes responsibilities as a Water Plant Mechanic Operator and Water Distribution Mechanic. Prior experience includes working with N.J. Miller/Hawkeye Sewer and Water from April 2009 to December 2012 as a Pipe Setter and Concrete Finisher. Ryan Rangel's education includes attendance at Spoon River College.
