Samantha Bell serves as the Coordinator Resource Recovery and Litter Prevention Officer at the City Of Monash since January 2023. Prior to this role, Samantha worked at Lyrebird Villages for the Aged Inc. as a Quality & Risk Officer, where responsibilities included developing quality audits, monitoring Continuous Quality Improvement Plans, and preparing reports. Samantha has extensive experience in compliance and local laws, having served as a Compliance Coordinator at Baw Baw Shire Council and a Local Laws Officer at City of Casey, with earlier experience as a Compliance Officer at Cardinia Shire Council. Educational qualifications include a Mediators Course in Dispute Resolution, a Diploma of Management, and specialized training in court procedures and fire prevention among others.
