Currently serving as the Director of Special Projects for the City of Moncton since August 1997, Dan Babineau focuses on enhancing corporate vision and improving organizational performance. Prior to this, Dan Babineau held the position of Chief Information Officer and previously managed Technology Services at Horizon Health Network. Earlier career experience includes working as a Financial Systems Analyst at Marine Atlantic. Dan Babineau holds both an MBA in Information Technology and a BBA in Information Systems from Université de Moncton, obtained in 2004 and 1993, respectively.
