Jo-Anne Tingley currently serves as a Procurement Officer with the City of Moncton since May 2023. With extensive experience from the Government of Yukon, starting in April 2009, Jo-Anne has held multiple roles including Program Coordinator, Realty Specialist, Manager of Procurement & TPA’s, Senior Purchasing Officer, and Contracting Officer, responsible for creating and processing tenders and contracts for government buildings. Jo-Anne also worked as an Administrative Assistant at various positions within Highways and Public Works during the same period. Previous experience includes an Administrative Assistant role with the City of Iqaluit in 2007 and administrative support at the Atlantic Lottery Corporation from 1998 to 2004. Jo-Anne holds an Associate's degree in Medical Office Management/Administration from Oulton College and a diploma in Medical Office Administration from Holland College, as well as training from New Image Beauty School.
