Ryan's educational background includes a degree in Electrical Lineman Journeyman from Electric Cities of Georgia, completed between 2012 and 2018, as well as training from the Southeast Lineman Training Center in 2012.

The city even has future plans to include a greenway to connect all of the city's parks. With a boast of amenities such as these, it is no wonder Monroe is an up-and-coming city. Yet, despite all its progressive growth and energy, Monroe still maintains the charm of a true southern town.
